AV at SHA2017 and MCH2022 would have been impossible without C3VOC
Challenges at MCH2022 especially in the three main tents
- Troubleshooting AV issues (speakers, equipment)
- Recurring processes (backups)
- Angel "management"
But also not too many "experienced" angels (camera, videomixing and to a lesser degree audiomixing and on the video releasing side ("cutting"))
We heard some cool stuff happened at MCH2022 apparently?
VOC/Productiehuis appears to outsiders as a closed organisation
Without more VOC experience in NL it will be hard to run a three-tent event in 2025

An NL focussed group arranged similar to and cooperating with C3VOC (and similar organisations elsewhere)
To help organizers of hackerscene/open source events (and related, this is quite broad) with recording, streaming and archiving their presentations
Ideally all video releasing to be done before teardown is complete. So no tedious video editing after the event(*)

Start recording/streaming/archiving smallish events in NL (and immediate surroundings) using C3VOC platform
When possible help with existing C3VOC events (not all of them are in Berlin or Munich)
- Train a lot more people on how to operate event related AV
- "Train" more people on C3VOC pipeline
Try to be a more open organisation during events
Grow towards own hardware (software?)

Contact existing event organisers (smaller Dutch hacker events, various open source conferences, more?)
Have some one day events, like Hark, VCFBerlin?
Look for sponsoring to bootstrap (some) hardware, hosting
